DAY TWENTY-SEVEN

MORNING VERSE:
“He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not
only our sins but the sins of all the world.” (1 John 2:2 NLT)

EVENING VERSE:
“You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in
him there is no sin.” (1 John 3:5)

MEDITATION

There are people all around you today that do not
know that Jesus Christ has atoned for their sins. You are made to
be a messenger of good news! His atonement does not just cover
you beloved, it covers the sins of all the world. But blindly do they
wander, still stuck in their sin, because they have not been told.
The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
Your act of love today is to share this good news with those who
will listen. Remind them passionately that their sins have been
atoned for! Give them an opportunity to put their faith in Jesus
Christ! Take some time today and ask the Holy Spirit to lead you
to someone who needs to hear this good news.
