DAY TWENTY-TWO

MORNING VERSE:

“And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Hebrews 10:10)

EVENING VERSE:

“For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.” (John 6:55-56)

MEDITATION

This is the table you are learning to come to. This is the meal you are learning to feed on. To come to the table is to remember his work on Calvary. To eat from the table is to allow his love to penetrate you. To come to the table is to remind your heart that he went to great lengths to demonstrate his love for you. To feed on his flesh and drink his blood is to allow the love of God to be poured into your heart by the Holy Spirit. To drink it in. To take him in. To be nourished into his likeness. The revelation of his passion for you is unto to you receiving the Lord himself. It is through this receiving of the Lord that you will discover the secret to fruitfulness in the kingdom.
