Here is an overview of what you will learn in each section.

SECTION 1: THE CONTEXT

This section includes The Garden, The Fall, Consequences and Israel

The first segment is the context which helps us as believers understand the context through which the Gospel comes to us. How did mankind become some sinful and rebellious? Did it happen immediately after the fall or was there a process that caused man to devolve into depravity? Does the Gospel story start with Jesus or was it foretold? Here we will see that God’s plan was to start a family through Abraham through whom the nations of the earth would be blessed. Part of the context of the gospel is understanding that through Israel, God made distinct promises of salvation to the world. And each of his promises of salvation centered upon three distinct works of Jesus. There are many promises God has made but there are three in particular that are centered upon the works of Jesus to save humanity.

SECTION 2: THE WORKS OF JESUS

This section includes Jesus: Messiah, Jesus: Holy Spirit, Jesus: His Return

We will closely examine the works of Jesus and how they were promised beforehand through Israel. We will study how each of Jesus’ works provide a grace for humanity to experience salvation. Since we are saved by grace through faith it is important to understand where God’s grace comes from….it is attached to Jesus’ work. So we will not just study the work that he did but we will show how he purposed for each of his unique works of salvation supplies a unique grace to us intended to save us from our bondage to sin.

SECTION 3: THE OUTCOME OF FAITH

This section includes grace, salvation, righteousness, relationship and fruit

Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. If we are saved by grace, through faith (Ephesians 2:8

) then salvation is the byproduct of grace. Just like the fall of man had a domino effect on humanity producing death, so too the Gospel has a domino effect on our lives producing life. Here will unpack each element of our salvation to give us a greater understanding of how we can be saved but still need to experience more of God’s salvation. When we preach the works of Jesus we are giving people the opportunity to put their FAITH in his work! The Bible teaches that the moment someone puts their faith in the work of Jesus that they experience God’s grace that is supplied from Jesus’ work. The result of us experiencing God’s grace (or God’s power see Romans 1:16-18

) is that that part of our lives is saved!

These 12 lesson videos, along with questions will open your eyes to God’s desire for intimacy so you can stop hiding from him and enjoy his presence.
